How do my flowers survive the journey?
Our bespoke boxes are especially designed to protect your flowers. We also developed care methods for each individual flower variety within our range hence they are in perfect condition when you receive them.
I know nothing about flowers and flower arrangement! What do I do with them?
BloomThis Box comes with simple instructions on flower arrangement, so you’ll be able to arrange and enjoy them in no time. Alternatively, you may visit our blog or check out our videos for more creative arranging tips.
Must my recipient be present to accept the flowers?
To maintain a fast and efficient delivery process, please ensure that your recipient is present at the delivery address you provided to receive the flowers. The free delivery will only be made ONCE and if the delivery is not successful, the flowers will be sent back to us and a notification will be sent to you. If there's a need for a re-delivery, a delivery cost will be charged. Re-delivery is also subjected to the condition of the flowers and no replacement flowers will be delivered if the flowers have wilted after being sent back to us.
Where do you deliver?

Why don’t you deliver on Sundays or public holidays?
The flower supply chain slows down over the weekend and public holiday. As we are committed to send you the freshest, longest lasting flowers, we offer delivery Monday to Saturday for on-demand deliveries and every Thursday for weekly deliveries.
Do you have a cut-off time for taking orders?
Yes we do.
Our order cut-off time for the on-demand blooms (same day) delivery is on 12:00pm. Therefore, if you place an order after 12:00pm today, you won't be able to select today as your delivery day. For deliveries on Saturdays, the cut off time will be at 11.59pm on Friday. We currently only offer same day deliveries on weekdays.
Can I change my order details?
You can email us at email@example.com or send us a live chat message to change your order details such as message card or shipping addresses. Changes to any order details can only be made up until 1 working day before your delivery date.
What can I do with your packaging box?
You can reuse the box for other packaging purposes or you can recycle them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit card payment and PayPal. We will be offering addition non credit card payment methods in the new future.
Are payments on your site secure?
We work with Stripe and PayPal to make shopping online safe. Stripe and PayPal holds all credit card information securely. No credit card information is held or accessible to us.
