Delivery was on time. Customer service was good as I wasn’t sure whether they could print Chinese characters. But I got a very fast answer. Only thing was one of the smaller balloon seems to be lack of helium as it didn’t really want to float

Very accommodating
Blommthis customer and delivery service totally good and very accommodating . Am very satisfied as i requested the flowers and balloons to be sent to Hospital but my friend informed she already check out from the hospital on the same timing of deliver items. then i had to called Nabila again and she's tried to managed it well without any charges.
